Jared Schafkopf
CEO & Founder
Jared has been a serial entrepreneur since his early teens with a natural passion for innovation, technology and leadership. He graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 2022 with a Management Information Systems degree.
Jared came up with the idea for Pictured one day when he was using Tinder and realized there was no services available to help people help figure out what photo is best by comparing photos. The only options he could find were getting rates on an individual photo or AI systems that were ineffective. Like so many men Jared was struggling with online dating and realized how helpful it would be to know which photo is more likely to get matches ahead of time.
Outside of business you’ll find Jared in the gym weight lifting or practicing martial arts. He loves making motivational content on his podcast “Goals First” to help others achieve their goals. He also is an animal lover and advocate for adopting pets to save lives.
Elajah Gijsbertha
CTO
Elajah is a software engineer with a passion for building innovative solutions that solve real-world problems. His love for technology started at a young age when he first got his hands on a computer. He was fascinated by everything it could do and spent countless hours exploring it. As he grew older, his interest in technology only deepened, and he pursued a bachelors degree in software engineering on top of teaching himself how to code.
Elajah believes that technology has the power to transform people's lives for the better, and he's constantly on the lookout for opportunities to create solutions that can have a positive impact.
Whether he's developing a new app or improving an existing system, he always approaches each project with a sense of curiosity and a determination to push the boundaries of what's possible.
When he's not coding, you can find him playing football, playing video games, or spending time with his family and friends.

Sean was happy to take an advisory role to help Pictured grow as he has done for his company after seeing the massive potential and market need.
Gary Schafkopf
Legal Advisor
Gary has 20+ years experience as a lawyer. He focuses his practice on complex business and civil litigation matters. He has litigated, arbitrated, and/or negotiated complex litigation matters leading to the recovery of millions of dollars for his clients. Gary is also Jareds’ father who started his passion for entrepreneurship. He has supported him throughout his entire business journey.
